We stayed here as my husband and son were going to the match that didn't kick off until 8pm. At 10.30pm my 1 year old daughter found an empty packet of chicken meat and a fork under the bed, she also found bits of food on the floor which is just disgusting, noone was on the desk to report this to that night so when checking out in the morning I tried to complain but agagthere was noone there at all. We went from breakfast in the pub next door (paid for) and the staff were so rude, my husband asked for a glass of water (normally a jug of water is out with the juices) so I could take some tablets and I over heard the staff member say "I'm getting really angry and annoyed right now" I mean if you can't have breakfast set up and ready for 7.30am don't advertise it. The other staff member he said it to replied "I know they just asked for a high chair aswel" sorry I should have just let my 1 year old crawl all over sure they would have had an issue with that too. The food wasn't great either. But I definitely don't recommend here, stayed at many premier inns and never had a bad experience like this. I did email and put a complaint in to which I got back We are sorry you had this experience we will speak to the staff, be sure if you stay with us again there is 24/7 help at the reception desk and that was is. Clearly there isn't 24/7 help as noone was there twice when we tried to get help and to be honest every time we came back to the hotel noone was on there.

Room was amazing but the price is shocking for only a day or two but it’s cheaper if u stay for over 2 days weird how it works like that

The room and staff were good. The room we were given was immediately at the top of the stairs to all the rooms and our door was far from soundproof. While the bed was comfortable, getting to sleep was a real problem. Not sure why we were allocated the worst room having booked months ago but that’s probably pot luck. The Bee Hive restaurant was good value but very noisy, we ate elsewhere.

Food in the restaurant is awful.
The lady in reception could not be more helpful, she even insisted on helping me with one of my bags up the stairs. Room was clean and well equipped. There is a pub next door which is great for convenience on a short stay. I also appreciated the hotel's free car park, as some other Prem Inns charge for that. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will return if I am visiting the area again.
